tried calling the customer service to try and mass send messages to all driver to see if can recover the phone..
but worse night mare happen...
the customer service personnel, a female, refuse to help and direct us to the lost & found line..
and the stupid lost & Found line keep putting us on hold for 20 minutes or so...
we called a total of 6 times..
