Am i having depression?
frequent changing of mood was it due to period coming or was it due to depression?
my conditions seems to have worsen...
im having nightmares almost every other night.. even during noon naps during weekends..
my conditions affected alot of people..
mood changes during work.. pissed off easily when things dont go well..
most affected one is the boyfriend.. when things dont go my way..
i gets angry easily.. when he insisted of doing things his way... i get angry too..
i cried everytime.. i know u seriously hate me crying..
but that is the only way i know how to express my sadness and depression.. why should you even blame me for that.. i din wanna fight or quarrel everytime.. but i could no long control my feelings.. my fear grew stronger each day... my inseurity is building up..
i din mean to cause any harm to anyone.. but i could no longer control my emotions and feelings.. i know you r tired.. me too.. ok.. im to blame for everything.. i jus not a good gf anymore...
i did the depression test.. i got the result of moderate major depression.. maybe im really just the cause of all your unhappiness.. useless and failure girlfriend...
